Senior Pastor Tim is the Lead Pastor for Warren Woods and Chesterfield Woods. He's responsible for casting vision, teaching/preaching, equipping other leaders to be effective in their ministries and for the spiritual health of the faith community. Tim has been in ministry since 1982. His vision and passion is to see people come to Christ, and to see them develop into Spirit filled, world-class Christians that effectively go into their world to serve with grace and compassion.
Tim lives in Warren with his wife, Debby (married 31 years). They have two grown daughters, and four grandchildren. Both Tim and Debby love spending time with their children and spoiling the grandchildren. They love the ministry and have passionately dedicated their lives to be models of what it means to be a totally committed followers of Jesus Christ.
Favorite Foods: Honey Crisp Shrimp at P.F. Changs, Ribs at Memphis Smokehouse; Good old-fashioned, all American cheeseburgers and hotdogs on the grill; PBJ's and a cold glass of milk; and protein drinks to ease the guilty conscience after eating all the “other” stuff listed above.
Favorite Sports Teams: University of Michigan football, Ohio State football (when they're not playing University of Michigan!); Detroit Tigers; Pittsburgh Steelers football; and all things Indy car racing.
Favorite Music / Bands: Any Integrity praise and worship music, all kinds of jazz, and early 70's music (the music he and Debby listened to when they were dating...a long time ago).
Favorite Hobbies: Anything outdoors (in Michigan, good weather is short lived....play hard). Riding motorcycles, road biking (pedal powered), Water sports of all kinds, and reading books that stretch the mind and challenge the heart.

Executive Pastor Chet does everything the lead pastor doesn't want to do. He's responsible for "Traditions" Service, missions, and maintaining the church and school properties.
He has a passion for lost people. His mission-oriented ministry, locally and overseas, feeds his need to reach people either around the corner or around the world. He also loves to build things which explains why he'll go anywhere in the world to build anything for our missionaries.
Chet must love Warren Woods, since he's served on staff for 29 years. He's been married to his beautiful wife, Vickie for 33 years, has three adult children; Stefanie, Brett and Tyler which all keeps him too busy to get into trouble.
Favorite Foods: BBQ ribs, steak, corn on the cob.
Favorite Sports Teams: University of Michigan.
Favorite Music / Bands: Oldies, David Meece, Steven Curtis Chapman.
Favorite Hobbies: Hunting, especially safaris in Africa.

Pastor of Worship & Music
Jon is Worship Pastor for Encounter Worship and Arts. He basically just sings and plays his guitar all day long and thinks up creative stuff. Not really...He, along with his ministry team, lead Encounter with vision, passion and dedication to honor God through the arts, by providing an atmosphere that encourages others to engage in a lifestyle of worship.
Jon and his beautiful wife Rachel live in Warren with their beautiful girls Halle Grace, 4 and Lilla Joy, 2 and son Eli Christian, 4 months. They love spending time together as a family hanging out, playing games, and watching movies. Jon also enjoys hanging out with friends, playing golf, song writing, and ALL THINGS JEEP!
Jon has a heart after God and the desire to see others experience freedom in worship. He desires to serve the Lord with passion and faithfulness using his gifts to edify the body of Christ.
Favorite Foods: Anything Mexican, hot or spicy!

Pastor to Youth & Families
John is Element Student Ministries' Youth Pastor. For the most part, John walks around after crazy events and picks up empty pop bottles, cleans the bathrooms, and digs gum out of the carpet. He also is responsible for leading Element Student Ministries.
John lives in Warren with his beautiful wife Holly, their new son Hudson Joshua born July 16th, 2007 and their two Siberian Huskies; Kodiak and Kiara. He enjoys diving, swimming, snorkeling, fishing with his dad or his father-in-law in Texas, playing games like Settler's of Catan and living life on the edge in the presence of God.
John is a risk-taker and a visionary. He loves adventure and knows how adventurous loving God whole heartedly is and he's not afraid to share that lifestyle with young people and those leaders God has brought around him. John loves to hang with young people and has devoted his life to them.
Favorite Foods: Oreo Cookie Milk Shakes, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Hostess Ho Ho's, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards.

Teaching Pastor
David is married to his beautiful wife Dana and they have four young children (extremely close in age) Alexandra (Lexy), A.J., Aidan & Allison. Lexy is their tomboy, A.J., their stocky future linebacker, and Aidan enjoys lying around, gurgling, smiling, and staring at the ceiling. David loves hanging out with his family, although jumping on the trampoline far out weighs dress-up.
David still enjoys (although more painful now) playing all kinds of sports. He loves tackling new challenges. One of his most recent challenges has been the skate park. David loves hanging out there, learning new skate tricks, and walking away (knock on wood) each time without a broken bone. When he's not falling off half-pipes he enjoys blogging and searching the net.
Ultimately, David wants to passionately live out his life as a Christ follower. He wants to journey with kids and families, helping them to discover and embrace an amazing relationship with God.

Associate Pastor of Evangelism
Pastor Tom oversees, the Seniors ministry at WWCN. This adventure challenges him to bring the gifts and passions of senior adults into practical everyday service to the Lord and church. He takes advantage of the extra time that retirement brings and works to steer these folks into ministry.
He spends many hours visiting patients in hospitals, homes, and health care centers. This one-on-one ministry fits his spiritual gifts in a wonderful way.
He also heads up the Shut-in ministry, Wednesday evening prayer meetings, Sunday evening small groups, the prison ministry, and participation in the Alliance of Warren Evangelicals.
Tom is married to his beautiful wife Sharon, a school teacher, and is the father of four grown children, and has eight grandchildren. He is very proud of his family. Just stop by his office and you'll see all the family pictures on his desk!
Favorite Foods: Pastries, sweet rolls, doughnuts, cakes, fruit pies, and Upper Peninsula pasties.
Favorite Sport Team: The only professional sport he enjoys is football and he thinks there is no other team but the Green Bay Packers! One of his grandsons is even named Brett after the present quarterback Brett Favre.
Favorite Music: He uses almost every expression of praise in music including Southern Gospel, Contemporary Choruses, and the grand old hymns of the church. His favorite recording is "Live Worship" by Terry Macalmon.
Favorite Hobbies: He asked if taking his wife out to dinner could be on this list. His other hobbies are jogging, biking, swimming, and traveling.

Church Administrator
Alex is the Church Administrator. He spends most of his time ensuring that the business affairs of the Church are effectively administered so that The Woods can reach its full potential. Alex has specific areas of responsibility in finance, business/administration, facilities, strategic ministry planning and public relations/marketing.
Alex is married to his beautiful wife Staci and they have two young children Brady and Austin. Austin is easy to identify because of his blue helmet with the wonderful U of M insignia on the front.
Alex is a technologist at heart so anything gadgets or technology is interesting to him. Alex loves playing sports although his days of domination are now long gone. If he's not at his computer or playing sports then he's definitely hanging with Staci and the boys at the park, in the backyard, or at Church.
Alex has a real passion for authentic living. That is, living a Kingdom life here on Earth in ways that glorify God.
Favorite Foods: Buffalo Wild Wings, Honey Seared Chicken from Pei Wei, and hamburgers grilled in my backyard.

Christian School Administrator
Beth is the School Administrator. Most of her time is spent overseeing the spiritual and academic growth of the students who attend WWCS. Watching God’s handiwork in the lives of the students and families of the school is one of the many blessings she receives while serving in this ministry role. It is her goal and desire to point students and their families to Christ while providing a solid academic foundation.
Beth is married to her wonderful husband Dave. They have been blessed with three beautiful daughters. Wedding plans are in the air for their oldest daughter, Bethany, who will be married in November 2007. Their middle daughter, Brittany will be a sophomore in college this fall. Brianna is their youngest and will be a high school freshman this year.
Beth enjoys reading, singing, playing the piano and spending time with her family. She and Dave also lead a small group where they enjoy studying God’s word together and spending time with Christian friends.
It is Beth’s desire to live each day passionately for the Lord. She looks for each situation and opportunity that the Lord gives her as a way to serve Him and others. She wants to always be in the center of God’s will for her life and strives to be a light that points people to Christ.
